Wednesday – Show & Tell
Friday – Polar Express Day
Please wear pajamas or a robe to school. We will listen by flashlight as Liam Neeson reads The Polar Express. Then we will make a “lights and snow” art project (imitating Chris Van Allsburg), have a snack of hot chocolate with cinnamon graham crackers, and go for a ride on the San Antonio Zoo Eagle train in Brackenridge Park. We will walk down Avenue B to the Witte Museum train depot to board the train. Parents, please let Diana know before Wednesday if you plan to ride the train with us (tickets cost $4.00). The Acorn will pay for the children's train tickets.
